Projektbeskrivning

Objektet avser nybyggnad av en förskola (Framtidens förskola) inklusive komplementbyggnader, total yta ca 1 240 m2 BTA. Den nya förskolan uppförs i två plan med ett entresolplan för installationer och innehåller fem avdelningar och ett tillagningskök. Förskolegården är ca 1013 m2. Omfattning framgår under respektive disciplins handlingar. Den nya byggnaden ska inte certifieras men uppfylla kraven enligt miljöbyggnad 3.1, nivå silver. // Construction of new preschool (Preschool of the Future) including ancillary buildings, total area approx. 1,365 m2 BTA. The new preschool is to be built with two levels with a mezzanine for installations and contains five departments and a cooking kitchen. The schoolyard is 1013 square metres. The exact scope is specified in the procurement documentation. The new building will not be certified, but should meet the requirements of Miljöbyggnad, level Silver.
